What Tura is
Tura is a personal mentor that you message on WhatsApp. It is trained on the experiences of graduates from a range of universities and backgrounds.
What Tura is not
It is not an admissions service, an agent, or a guarantee of any offer. Nothing it tells you is legal, financial, visa or immigration advice. Always check a deadline or a requirement against the university's own page before you act on it.
Your account
The number you join with is the number that reaches your Tura. Do not share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tura to produce work that you then present as your own where that breaks your institution's rules.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page, and tell you on WhatsApp if the change is material.
